Job Description
Atal Incubation Centre @ Banasthali Vidyapith is looking for a Program Manager for the newly setup DST supported NIDHIPRAYAS Centre. S/he has to ensure smooth functioning and OVERALL SUCCESS of the Centre. Females Preferred.
Eligibility:
- Bachelors/ Master’s in Technology, Engineering.
- Preferred – Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product development/ incubators, accelerators/ innovation facilities or in startup ecosystems.
- Startup Founders who have worked in Deep Technology can also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for outreach events, create pipeline of high potential women innovators.
- Work with startups as per framework outlined under PRAYAS Scheme.
- Monitor business and technical performance of portfolio start-ups.
- Assist start-ups in prototyping, fabrication, IP management, business planning and development, market analysis & company registrations.
- Define deliverables, timelines and monitor the progress of start-ups.
- Manage legal agreements with the incubates, mentors, any other parties included.
- Ensure preparation of necessary portfolio reports for internal and external purposes.
- Maintain relationships with portfolio companies, Industry, mentors and partners.
- Interact, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders ensuring program success.
- Define and finalize client agreements with assistance from Incubator team.
- Good people skills, communications and presentation skills.
