You’ll be working with the product and engineering team.
This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.
Our philosophy: Break. Believe. Build
Break stuff. Break assumptions. Break the thumb rule.
Believe in the team. Believe in the process. Believe through failures.
Build fast. Build passionately. Build to simplify.
What you will do:
This is a special role for an engineering generalist. From documenting RCA bugs on the battery pack to building test rigs to establishing test standards for incoming quality/end of the line to hitting the field to getting hands-on with understanding customer-facing issues – we’re looking at a passionate engineer who is comfortable with chaos and can pick up any challenge thrown at him.
What matters less:
Years of experience
What matters more:
Quality of work
Approach towards problem-solving
Dissatisfaction with mediocre work
Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing
