You’ll be working with the Product & Engineering team.
This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), which unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What you’ll do:
Manage a team of CAD engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery of design releases.
Support Timely Issue resolution through direct interfacing with CAD and R&D personnel supporting DFX requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of components and assemblies
- BOM generation and handling PDM/PLM for production
- Ensuring hygiene and quality standards on CAD
- PDM integration and hygiene for multiple projects
- Design review and release management
- Documentation standardisation and PDM tool management
- ECN/ECR and release process management
The Ideal Candidate requires:
- Proficiency in CAD software preferably Solidworks
- Knowledge of vehicle integration and system integration is a plus
- Sound skillset on CAD hygiene, BOM, Release process, GD&T, PLM/PDM, and documentation
- Skill set on modeling, surfacing, engineering drawings, and review process
- Knowledge of DFM – Injection molding, sheet metals, and casting
- Knowledge of DFA, DFS, and DFT
- Task prioritization and design sensitivity
