Job Description
Rayo Racing is India’s most successful international racing academy. We have a 2 stroke karting base in Bangalore. Your role will be to manage the team entirely and look after the requirements at the base mainly related to operational aspects and partially related to technical aspects. Your role will also entail overseeing the day to day operations at the base and providing a report. You will be the link between our staff, drivers, technicians, etc. whenever we do any kind of projects at the base.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising technical department
- Assisting in pit operations
- Coordinating with Race Drivers & training customers
- Communicating with Race officials
- Coordinating / organising, for international travel for the team
- Managing & coordinating all logistics for the team / equipment
- Dealing with all vendors & procurement of team’s requirements
- Spares & inventory management of the team
- Coordinating with other teams / coaches / engineers, etc when our team races entirely / in
- partnership, with other teams / entities
- Basic social media assistance
- Other marketing coordination
- Sales in terms of our academy program
- Sales for our academy in general
- Responding to incoming queries
- Sales of certain products that the team are dealers for
- Maintaining of team related accounts and accounts of team’s customers.
- Coordinating & managing the academy’s programs
- Managing & operations for IndiKarting Race events as an additional role when required.
- Traveling & supporting our drivers when required.
- Hiring of other employees & managing other employees in the team as applicable.
- Any other work related to Rayo Racing / IndiKarting
- Overseeing the work of other employees
- Managing of Rayo Racing’s Esports activities
Skill & Experience
You have at least 0 Years of Experience
Strong and Proactive Communication Skills
Time and Task Management
Basic Administrative Skills.
