  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
  • Liasioning with internal and statutory auditors for timely completion of the audits.
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Ensure compliances with IFCs, CARO audit requirements
  • Finalize the monthly financial statements and MIS as per agreed timelines
  • Coordinate with bankers for submission of CMA data and limits renewal data
  • Foreign Currency Hedging.
  • Handling of Income-tax matters (Filing of income tax, TDS and other relevant Returns/ Reports required under Income tax) attending hearing for Assessments, TDS, Transfer pricing, withholding tax.
  • Dealing with Big 4 CA firm’s will be a plus point.

Candidate Profile

  • Academic Qualification: Commerce Graduate
  • Technical Qualification (if any): CA
  • Experience: 5-7 years
  • Skill Sets: Excellent Communication Skills
