We have been an industry leader in applying high-performance computing, CFD and meteorology in the wind industry for almost a decade. Global siting uses this best in class knowledge to offer our customers the most optimized site solutions.

Siting development is a small team which links innovation into the site suitability assessment process. You will be a part of a team which continuously ensure Vestas is best in class on site suitability assessment. You will be working across departments to ensure high quality is implemented in the tools used in the large siting community in Vestas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical / Energy conversion systems / Renewable energy / Similar specialization
• 2 to 5 years of experience within site suitability assessment (Wind & Site)
• You are a user of WASP/ WindPRO / Windfarmer / OpenWind
• You hold knowledge within PowerBI dashboard and reporting
• You hold knowledge SQL database search
• You possess good collaboration skills
• You are fluent and clear in written in English

• Critical thinking mindset
• Work in a structured and systematic way
• Ability to contribute and handle multiple projects at the same time
• Outgoing and having good communication and change management skills
• Able to navigate large organizations
