Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Leading the long/short-term execution projects
- Independent project execution of product structural simulation & designing
- Making the analytical calculation for product designing and simulation results verification
- Outline the project scope, deliverables, and legitimate simulation approach
- Innovate and development of simulation skill-sets
- Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to meet the project objectives
- Communicate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Willing to travel local/global site for short to long duration per business need
Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
- Full time Master/Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering. Specialization with machine design is preferred
- Excellent academic performance
- 6-10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Creo & ANSYS is advantages
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
